• Category* (patio/restaurant, brewery, park, trail, hotel, event, vet, groomer, trainer, daycare/boarding, walker/sitter, pet shop/bakery, rescue)
• Address / city*
• Business website or official social page* (we verify here)
• Dog policy* (e.g., patio only, indoors OK, leash required, size limits)
• Public business phone/email
• Are you the owner/manager? (Y/N)
• Your email (only used to follow up about this submission)

What happens next: we verify the details against the business's own published information before anything goes live, so submission doesn't guarantee a listing. Free listings and paid Featured Partner listings follow the same accuracy rules. See Disclosures.
